Helpful details
- Which TVGI application or module you are using.
- Windows version and whether this is the production or test machine.
- License status from TVGI Suite Manager or License Lookup.
- Screenshots of the error or setup screen.
- The production system involved, such as TriCaster, OBS, vMix, NDI, SRT, or controller hardware.
