Send product, module, license state, Windows version, screenshots, and the workflow you are trying to complete.

Helpful details

  • Which TVGI application or module you are using.
  • Windows version and whether this is the production or test machine.
  • License status from TVGI Suite Manager or License Lookup.
  • Screenshots of the error or setup screen.
  • The production system involved, such as TriCaster, OBS, vMix, NDI, SRT, or controller hardware.
